Free shipping and delivery
The product page shows whether a specific item is in stock. Following the receipt of payment, you can generally count on a delivery within 5 working days (orders placed on the weekend are processed the following Monday). You will be informed if we are not able to provide your order within the specified delivery time. We have to receive the payment before we can start processing your order. A few days may elapse between the transfer from your account and the addition to our account. Your order will be processed as soon as Qbus has received the payment. All the delivery periods are mentioned solely for illustrative purposes and do not result in any right or liability.
Qbus always delivers orders via TNT.
Orders for addresses in Belgium are shipped free of charge. For addresses in Europe outside of Belgium, we charge €15. For addresses outside Europe the charge is €35.
Track the status of your delivery
As soon as your order has been sent, you will receive an e-mail featuring a TNT Track & Trace number that you can use to keep track of the shipping status at the TNT website.
If the status of your order is 'sent' but you have not received anything after 3 working days, please get in contact with us so we can find out the delivery status of your order.
