Cancellations and returns
If you are not satisfied with the goods delivered, we at Qbus offer, in the interests of customer satisfaction, the opportunity to return purchased items.
When can I use my right of withdrawal?
The Law on Commercial Practices (Law on Market Practices and Consumer Protection dated 12-4-2010) allows consumers making online purchases the opportunity to cancel the goods purchased within 14 calendar days. The valid exercise of this right is dependent on consumers notifying their wish to cancel the sale and doing so within the specified period, which starts from the time of the delivery.
How can I return my goods?
The return number required to return goods may be obtained via e-mail (firstname.lastname@example.org), whereupon you will receive the return address.
The goods should be returned in undamaged and unused condition within 7 calendar days after the purchaser has received a return number (however, this may not exceed 14 days following receipt: 7 days cooling-off period + 7 days for the goods to be returned). Products should be returned to the sender in their original packaging.
Goods returned without a return number will not be accepted.
Qbus may refuse returned goods or not offer a refund if the original packaging has been opened or if the purchaser has damaged the products. Qbus will not bear any cost or responsibility/liability for goods returned by the purchaser.
How do I obtain a refund?
As soon as the returned items reach us and have been assessed, we will refund the amount paid for these (Qbus does not accept the shipping charges). We undertake to refund the amount within 30 days. Qbus nonetheless reserves the right to refuse returned goods or to provide a refund if they are not in their original packaging or have been damaged by the purchaser.
