KNX

Ubie automatically recognises KNX IP gateways in the network. The ETS file can be displayed on the Ubie setup screen, after which Ubie itself will indicate which addresses control which outputs. It is then child's play to group these KNX outputs together in the Qbus Control by type or by room and to add Sonos, Hue or other operating controls to these same groups. It is just as easy to create scenes in the Cloud application and even assign these to KNX control panels. The KNX environment also makes it possible to adjust clocks, manage users, setup e-mail and mobile phone actions,…

2. Analog values (f.ex. dimmable lighting, fans, …)

- With control group address (dptPercent_U8–5004 of dptScaling–5.001)

- With control and feedback group (dptPercent_U8–5.004 of dptScaling–5.001)

- With OnOff control group address (dptSwitch–1.001)

 

3. Controlling and reading of a thermostat

- Current temperature (dptValue_Temp-9.001)

- Set temperature (dptValue_Temp–9.001)

- Current regime (dptHVACMode–20.102) (vb 0: Auto, 1: Comfort, 2: Standby, 3: Economy, 4: Building Protection)

 

4. Controlling shutters and screens (with/without slats) (dptPercent_U8–5.004 of dptScaling–5.001)

- Position shutters/screens with control group address

- Position shutters/screens with control and feedback group address

- Position slats with control group address

- Position slats with control and feedback group address

 

5. Activate & link KNX scenes with Ubie apps (like Philips Hue, Sonos, …)

- With control group address – one scene per group address (dptSwitch–1.001)
